Recycle our daily garbage
Recycling is important for the environment and also for us humans. When we recycle, we are giving these objects a second life.
Reduce the use of plastic
It is a good time to start thinking about reducing plastic, giving priority to buying products and food that contain as little plastic as possible, because plastic is one of the greatest enemies of the environment.
Decrease the meat consumption
Take advantage of this quarantine to learn new recipes and avoid eating meat at least once a week.
By avoiding meat, the emission of gases and the greenhouse effect decreases and, in the end, it saves animals and also human lives. According to a study by the University of Oxford, the fewer people who eat meat, the more lives will be preserved in the future.
